Free delivery across South Africa on orders over R600. Cash on delivery in Johannesburg.
Ordering
Add products to your cart and press “Send my order on WhatsApp”. That opens WhatsApp with your order already typed. We reply Monday to Saturday, 9am – 6pm to confirm stock and your total.
Delivery
Orders over R600, paid upfront: free delivery anywhere in South Africa.
Orders under R600: once you send your address, we compare couriers (The Courier Guy, Fastway, Aramex and others) and quote you the cheapest one for when you need it.
We send everything by courier. There is no walk-in shop or collection point.
Cash on delivery (Johannesburg)
In Johannesburg you can pay the driver when your parcel arrives. It costs R150 extra, and that includes delivery. Available in suburbs and business areas; not yet in rural areas or townships. We are working on bringing it to other provinces.
Payment
EFT (bank transfer): please wait until we confirm stock and your total on WhatsApp, then pay into:

Then send the proof of payment to us on WhatsApp.

Nothing is charged when you place the order.
Returns and faulty items
If an item is faulty, tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving it, with a photo, and send it back to us within 30 days of telling us. We will exchange it or refund you, and we cover the courier cost of sending a faulty item back.
Returns go to: 136W Mkwayi Street, Middledrift, 5685, Eastern Cape. Please WhatsApp us before you send anything, so we can arrange the courier.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
